Peak Fitness Bootcamp has been running fitness classes in Oxford and Thame for many years with some of our current members still coming since day 1!
In September 2016 Ali Galbraith took over as head trainer and gave the Bootcamp a fresh new look, name and direction.

At Peak Fitness we will supply you with all the tools you need to reach your peak! You'll have highly motivating and experienced trainers. Nutritional guidance and tailored workouts. Monthly meetings with your Coach to make sure you're staying on track, and a family of fellow Bootcampers who will support you.
At Peak Fitness, you're not just coming to a class and then going home. You're becoming part of the team and getting the full support you need.
Meet The Team
Fitness really started for me at the under 10's football. From there I have been forever active playing just about every sport I can. My love for anything active grew when my friend introduced me to a gym at 15. Like the classic teenage boy I was then obsessed with growing my 'beach muscles' and fell in love with fitness. I became a Gym Instructor at 16 and was taking circuit classes every Monday and Thursday night. I jumped at the chance to grow my knowledge becoming a Personal Trainer at 18 and have never looked back. I have a hankering for perfection and to make every session I deliver amazing. We have fun and we get the job done. Smiles and results! If you're not having fun, you're not doing it right.
Speciality - Sport specific S+C, weight training for muscle tone and hypertrophy
Favourite Exercise - Dragon flags - I love the feel of this one
Avoided Exercise - Hamstring curl - No educated reason, I just plain don't like it

Ever since I was little I loved sport, I was in all the teams at school- even though I wasn’t really any good at anything, I always showed up!
In fact, at sports day I was faster at the backwards running race, my family never let me forget that.
I started running again in my early 20s, and loved seeing myself get better and better each week (I passed out after 500m on my first run- we all start somewhere!) Alongside the running I started weight training and found a love for all things gym and exercise.
I wanted to help others to find a love for exercise too and see results, so I quit my London marketing job and became a PT. Best decision ever.
Speciality - Personal Training and Group sessions, Indoor Cycling Training, Pre and Post Natal
Favourite Exercise - Anything that gets my heart rate up- love an AMRAP. Can’t beat a good walk up a few peaks with the promise of a pub lunch at the end.
Avoided Exercise - Bulgarian split squats
Motto - “Look after your body, it’s the only place you have to live”
Workout Song - Dr Dre The Watcher, but also partial to 90s girl bands playlist on Spotify and not even ashamed to say it!
